To begin the design process, we conducted research to identify the key pain points and challenges faced by the platform’s users. We found that users were overwhelmed by the amount of information and documents they needed to manage and that the existing systems were often outdated and difficult to use. Based on these insights, the we created a user journey map that outlined the different tasks and goals of the platform’s users, from creating and managing safety policies to scheduling training sessions and managing employee records.
As a result of these efforts, the final product was a highly effective platform that met the needs of its users and was easy to use. The platform’s intuitive UI/UX design and robust functionality made it a valuable tool for HR and safety professionals, and it helped streamline complex workflows and reduce the risk of errors and oversights.
