Approach
To begin, we conducted user research to better understand the needs and pain points of our target users. We interviewed business owners, and accountants, as well as surveyed online. Our research revealed the following insights:
Users want an intuitive and easy-to-use website.
Users want to be able to communicate easily with their accountant, receive financial advice, and collaborate on financial reports.
Armed with our research insights, we developed a user interface that addressed the needs of our clients. The design is focused on usability, clear navigation, and easy-to-use functionality.
